Our first ever Summer Knights Academy Cooking Class was a HUGE success! We even (self) published a cookbook with a few of our favorite recipes from the summer. 

The Intermediate Summer Knights also created their own video games this summer, using Scratch. Along the way, students learned how to think logically, critically, and creatively. They learned how to find bugs in a program's code and fix it. They learned how to follow directions by programming a standardized game, and then tweaking the program's code to make the game more challenging.
