St. Joseph the Worker Feast Parade and Guadalupe Center Food Collection

This Friday, May 1st, is the Feast of St. Joseph the Worker, the patron saint of families, laborers, and our parish. On Friday between 9-10am, the teachers and staff invite you to a special St. Joseph the Worker Feast Parade honoring all the Frontline workers & a "touch-less" Guadalupe Center Food Pantry collection to help the needy families in our community. Please feel free to decorate your cars while we celebrate our patron and all the Frontline workers around the World. We do ask that you please plan on remaining in your cars (except when dropping off food donations in the pick-up truck) and observe social distancing requirements.

After the success of last year's Principal Learning & Research Trip to Finland, the Department of Catholic Schools announced that 10 principals from the Archdiocese of Los Angeles (out of over 250 Catholic elementary and high schools) were selected to participate in an international study of Inclusion and Catholic Identity through Queen's University Belfast in Northern Ireland and Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles. Mr. Kruska was selected to travel to Northern Ireland and spend 8 days beginning February researching and experiencing the models of "All-Ability Schools" and Shared Resources (students, facilities, and staff) between Catholic and Protestant schools. Let’s all keep Mr. Kruska and the delegation in our prayers for a safe and productive trip.
