PTO General Meeting and Back to School Night

PTO General Meeting (ALL Parents & Staff) and Back to School Night (Parents Only) was originally scheduled for September 11.

**Due to a scheduling conflict for the hall, the date of our PTO meeting has been moved forward 1 week to TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 4th at 6:30pm.

Complimentary childcare is available in the hall while parents go to the classrooms.

Here is all the information for preparing for Back to School on August 22nd.
NEW THIS YEAR! Student Supply Drop Off BEFORE school starts. The classrooms and teachers will be available so you can drop off your supplies on 8/21 from 12-3p. (This should make the First Day of School a little less chaotic.)

SJW Girls Volleyball Clinic

Dear 6th, 7th, & 8th Grade Lady Knights,
Are you interested in Volleyball? Thinking about trying out? Being a member of the team?
Have a friend that goes to another school but would like to come? Invite her!!
This clinic is open to any 6, 7, & 8th grade girls from any school.
Get a jump on learning the basics, brushing up, learning new techniques and more!
Starts next week, August 13th through 17th, 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm in the gym.
$100 for the week, or $25 per day.

Be sure to bring water, knee pads and a high protein snack.

SJW Alumna Wins CIF Championship in Soccer

Congratulations to Brenda Alas, SJW Class of 2017, for helping her high school's soccer team win a CIF Championship. She also earned a Scholar Athlete Award for her work in the classroom! Way to go Brenda! Once A Knight, Always A Knight!
