RETURN TO SCHOOL from THANKSGIVING BREAK COVID TESTING KIT:
All students and staff will receive a bag with an at home Rapid Antigen Covid Test(s) for use PRIOR TO RETURN to school from our Thanksgiving Break.
● Each student will receive a test and directions from their homeroom teacher on Friday, November 18th
● For families with more than one student, tests and directions for each student will be sent home with your oldest student in the SAME bag
○ A test result paper with each student(s) name is included in the bag
○ DO NOT TEST BEFORE SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 26
○ Lay COMPLETED Test Stick in box and submit a screenshot of the ENTIRE TEST RESULT PAPER
○ Please send an email INDIVIDUALLY FOR EACH STUDENT
■ Put in SUBJECT LINE student LAST NAME/GRADE/THANKSGIVING
○ Send picture of ENTIRE PAPER to [email protected] AND [email protected] BY MIDNIGHT, NOVEMBER 26
○ Students will not be permitted to return to school on November 28th WITHOUT SUBMISSION OF TEST RESULT BY MIDNIGHT NOVEMBER 26
